Today is the 5th year to the day when terroist’s attacked our country, it is one of those events where you remember where you were, what you were doing, and how you felt after hearing about it.
I Remember the day 5 years ago, I was watching a TV program and mom came down and talked to us about what happened, then we prayed for the country, for the president, and for the families of those who were killed.
I was young at the time 8 years old or so, and I didn’t really know what to feel, I just knew that we would get the people who did it.
Shortly after the attacks President Bush told the people of America that these crimes cannot go unpunished and that he would, to the best of his ability find and deal justice to, the people behind these attack.
I believe that the President has done what he promised though its not over yet, I know that we will get the people behind these attacks

Great Adam!
1) Try to break up the sentences within these paragraphs so that they are each a few sentences rather than all one with lots of commas. (Even newspapers write with short sentences since they know that the average reading level is about 6th grade.)
2) Put a space between the two paragraphs!
3) Check the spelling for “familys,” don’t capitalize “terrorists,” and take the apostrophe out of “attack’s.”
Great job, Adam!!

Adam,
Now look up the use of commas and semicolons. You need a few in your sentences above.

This is somthing I wrote that was totaly random, but would fit here:
“Five years ago on this day, 2 Boeing 747s pioleted by terrorists, crashed into the World Trade Centers in NewYork City, New York. A thirds course which was headed for washington was detered by the brave passengers, who thwarted the terrorists attempt, and crashed into a field. May this day live in history, and the brave souls who perished be avenged by the Almighty. And may this war that we fight, be not fought in vain.”
That was somthing that I just made up on sept 11, while I was doing grammar/English. Hopefully everything was accurate.
